建有大型川味腌腊制品生产加工基地、高标准红肠生产中央厨房、高品质休闲食品生产基地、国际配套制罐自动生产流水线。其中,腌腊制品业拥有投资超亿元智慧工厂,并引进国际先进全自动腌腊设备,从分切清洗、拌馅、灌装、烘干、烟熏、冷却、内包装前处理到成品包装,实现全程智能化管控。

UFoodvalley's two signature breeds, Sichuan-Tibet Black Pig and Tianfu Meat Pig, serve as the foundation for a wide range of premium meat products. With a professional R&D team and fully controlled supply chain ingredients, the company reproduces authentic local flavours using modern processing techniques. It has also contributed to the establishment of industry standards for Sichuan-style sausages and cured meats. In 2019, its luncheon meat was named the "Most Popular Product" at the China International Meat Industry Week.


The company boasts large-scale production facilities, including a processing base for Sichuan-style cured meats, a high-standard red sausage central kitchen, and an advanced international canning production line. Investment in smart factories exceeds 100 million RMB, incorporating advanced automated curing equipment. These facilities allow for the entire process, from cleaning, cutting, stuffing, drying, and smoking to packaging, to be fully automated and intelligently controlled.
